The 2019 Unilever Food Solutions Chef of the Year finalists have been announced! Chefs presented their best dishes at the regional semi-finals in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban which were held on the 30th of July, 31st of July and the 1st August respectively.

Although the competition was stiff and standards exceptionally high, the judges were able to pick the following Chefs to compete for glory in the Chef of the Year finals, which will be held on the 12th of September 2019 at the Unilever Food Solutions’ head office in La Lucia, Durban.

The Unilever Food Solutions Chef of the Year finals will see the top chefs in the Senior, Junior, Team of 4 and Plated Desserts Categories take home a total of R145 000 in prize money.
