    Two Competition Categories
    • Juniors (17 - 25 years old)
    • Seniors (26+ years old)

  2. Compete in the Regional Cook-Offs
    Johannesburg – 3 June 2025
    Cape Town – 4 June 2025
    Durban – 11 June 2025

    The top 12 will move on to the ultimate final!

  3. The Final Showdown in Durban
    12 Finalists. 1 Ultimate Winner per category
