  • Chicken pieces 1.0 kg
  • Potatoes or sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed into quarters 500.0 g
  • Carrots, peeled and roughly sliced 270.0 g
  • Coriander (fresh) 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 ºC. 
    2. Rinse the chicken and place it in a bowl. 
    3. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken and mix until well coated. 
    4. Pour into a half insert and bake at 160 ºC for 45 to 50 min. 
    5. Remove from the oven ready to serve.
