Tender beef and veggie stew packed with warmth, colour and flavour from Knorr Aromat Original and topped with fresh parsley for a classic finish!

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Heat oil in a pot, add the onions and fry for 1 min.
    2. Add the beef cubes, Knorr Original Aromat and brown.
    3. Add the Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and water. Allow to simmer on medium heat stirring occasionally for 1. 5 hours until meat is soft.
    4. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook until soft, stirring occasionally.
    5. Remove from the heat. Serve in an insert, or individually portion into grab-and-go containers served with rice or mashed potato. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  2. Chef Tip

    • Change it up by adding sweet potato, green beans, or even red peppers to your next beef stew. Best served with rice, pap, quinoa or even cous cous.
