CARAMALISED SEEDS:

  • BiltongSliced 50.0 g
  • Sunflower seeds 15.0 g
  • Pumpkin seeds 15.0 g
  • Castor sugar 10.0 g

ROASTED RED ONION:

  • Red onionSliced 115.0 g
  • Olive oil 15.0 ml

TO ASSEMBLE SALAD:

  • Radishes 32.0 g
  • Baby salad leaves 20.0 g
  • Peppadews 18.0 g
  • 30g Cumin Cheese, Cut Into Triangles
  • Edible flowers 2.0 pc

Preparation

  1. CARAMALISED SEEDS:

    • Dry roast seeds in a pan.
    • In a pan caramalise the sugar, add the seeds to the sugar and mix.
    • Place on a silicone mat to cool.
  2. ROASTED RED ONION:

    • Cut Onion into wedges, drizzle oil over and roast it for 20 minutes at 180˚C.
  3. TO ASSEMBLE SALAD:

    • Place baby salad leaves on a board.
    • Scatter the peppadews, biltong and radish on the baby salad leaves.
    • Place the Cumin cheese and the roasted red onion all around the salad.
    • Sprinkle the caramalised seeds over the salad.
    • Garnish withedible flowers.
    • Serve with Hellmann's Creamy Ranch dressing.
