  1. Method

    1. Cook the pasta as per pack instructions, lightly drizzle with oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Set aside.
    2. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions, celery, carrots, and Robertsons Mixed Herbs.
    3. Add the mince and cook until brown.
    4. Add the Knorr Original Aromat, Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and water, and simmer on medium heat stirring occasionally for 35-40 min.
    5. Remove from the heat and serve with pasta, in a poke bowl or a suitable grab-and-go container, or serve in a Bain-marie.

    • Use the bolognaise mince base to make your favourite lasagne, cottage pie or even as a savoury pancake filling.
