  • Avocado Slices 600 g
  • Tomatoes Slices 150 g
  • Pepper, braised, segments 200 g
  • Eggs, fried 10 pc
  • Rocket 100 g
  • Cheese Slice 10 pc

Preparation

  1. Beef Burger Patty

    1. Pan-fry the beef burger patty: Cook the patties until they are cooked through and place a cheese slice on top to melt. Set aside. 
    2. Assemble the burgers: Spread 10 g of Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise on the bottom of each hamburger bun. Layer with tomato slices, avocado slices, grilled pepper segments, cheese-topped beef patty, fried egg, rocket, and Avocado & Grilled Pepper Sauce. Top with the bun lid.
  2. Avocado & Grilled Pepper Sauce

    1. Prepare the Avocado & Grilled Pepper Sauce: Blend the avocado, grilled pepper, roasted garlic cloves, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules, Knorr Professional Prego Sauce, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, and vegetable oil until smooth. Set aside.
