A delicious variant on mashed potato, this butternut mash seasoned with Aromat Original is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Steam butternut for 10 min or until soft. Place in pot and mash using a potato masher. (If there is no combi steamer, place 3 L of water in a pot and boil. Add the cubed butternut and simmer for 10 min. Drain off water, and mash butternut.)
    2. Place the pot on stove, and heat on a low heat. Mix in butter, Knorr Original Aromat, Robertsons Cinnamon, sugar and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
    3. Place in an insert and serve.
  2. Chef Tip

    • Mix it up by halving the butternut and replacing it with sweet potato.
