  • Fresh garlic , cruched 30 g
  • Pinch Of Sugar
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • Thyme sprigs, fresh, chopped 2 pc
  • Sunflower oil 30 ml

Salsa

  • Red kidney beans , drained & rinsed 80 g
  • 80g Sweet Corn Kernels
  • Tomatoes , finely chopped 53 g
  • Red onion , finely chopped 56 g
  • Coriander (fresh) 7 g
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Burger Patty

    • Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until transparent. 
    • Cool down.
    • Add cooked onions, Cajun spice, sugar, salt. thyme in a bowl and mix well.
    • shape into 4 patties.
    • Heat oil on a chargrill until golden brown.
  2. Salsa

    • Add onions, tomatoes, red kidney beans, sweet corn, coriander and salt & pepper in a bowl.
    • Mix until well combined.
    • Season to taste.
  3. Assemble Burger

    • Layer Bun with the Mayo, top with Patty, fresh salsa and fresh lettuce of your choice
    • Garnishwith PeaMicro-herbs.
