  1. Method

    1. Heat the oil in a pot, add the onions, garlic, ginger and brown.
    2. Add the chicken, Robertsons Rajah Medium and brown the chicken pieces on both sides making sure not to burn the spices.
    3. Add the Original Aromat, Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto, water, potatoes and coriander and allow to simmer on medium heat stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are soft.
    4. Remove from the heat, portion or serve in an insert garnished with coriander or as a grab-and-go option.
  2. Chef Tip

    1. For a more spicy curry, add 5 g of roughly sliced chilli ! Add variety to your deli offering by serving the chicken curry with a roti or naan bread as a grab-food option.
