Fresh burger bun stacked with grilled chicken, caramelized onions, tangy Prego sauce, and crowned with a sunny-side-up egg.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken fillets with Robertsons Chicken Spice and oil. 
    2. Grill the sliced onions until caramelized and season with Knorr Aromat Original. 
    3. Slice the buns and lightly toast. 
    4. Prepare the fried eggs. 
    5. Grill the chicken fillets and baste with 45 ml Knorr Professional Prego Sauce. 
    6. Assemble the buns with Hellmann’s Fine Whip Salad Cream, lettuce, grilled chicken, grilled onions, Knorr Professional Prego Sauce and fried eggs. 
    7. Serve with side of potato wedges seasoned with Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.
  2. Chef's tip:

    1. Change it up, add some sliced pickled jalapeno, guacamole or a cheese slice. Swap out the fried egg for 150 g sliced tomato, 2 slices per bun.
