Satisfyingly salty and addictive, these creamy chicken livers are accompanied by the sweet and rich tomato influences of Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and Prego Sauce!

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the chicken livers for 3 min and set aside 
    2. In a pot, heat oil and fry onions until soft, then add the garlic.
    3. Add the chicken livers to the pan, add Robertsons Paprika and Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules. 
    4. Then add the Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and Knorr Professional Prego Sauce cook for 3 min.
    5. Add in the cream and cook for 1 min.
    6. Place chicken livers in a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander. 
    7. Serve with a toasted ciabatta bread or crispy roll.

    1. Alternatively, serve on toasted rye bread with a poached egg & fresh rocket.
