Fried Cauliflower:

Green Mango Slaw:

  • Cabbage, Red 220.0 g
  • Green mango (julienned) 220.0 g
  • Coriander (fresh)Chopped 8.0 g
  • White Wine Vinegar 120.0 ml
  • Honey 30.0 ml

Spicy Mayonnaise:

Tacos:

  • Taco shells (hard or soft) 20.0 pc
  • Red leaf lettuce (shredded) 2.0 cups
  • Coriander leaves 2.0 g

When it comes to tacos, size does matter! Fill up your tacos with mouth-watering ingredients like crispy cauliflower florets, green mango and red cabbage slaw. Then for extra flavour, drizzle with paprika mayonnaise and top it with cilantro.

Preparation

  1. Fried Cauliflower:

    1. Blanch the cauliflower florets for 2 min.
    2. Toss the cauliflower in the Knorr Professional Original Chicken Breading.
    3. Deep-fry the cauliflower until crispy and golden brown
  2. Green Mango Slaw:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Spicy Mayonnaise:

    1. Whisk together the Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise and Knorr Professional Peri Peri Sauce. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until needed.
  4. Tacos:

    1. Fill each taco with shredded lettuce, green mango slaw and fried cauliflower.
    2. Drizzle with the spicy mayonnaise and garnish with cilantro.
    3. Serve 2 tacos per portion.
