  • Gnocchi 500.0 g
  • Parsley, ItalianFresh, Chopped 5.0 g
  • Origanum (fresh, chopped) 3.0 g
  • Rosemary, freshFresh, Finely Chopped 2.0 g
  • Basil LeavesFresh, Chopped 3.0 g
  • Mozarella balls (broken into chunks) 60.0 g
  • Cheese, ParmesanGrated 25.0 g

Buttery Gnocchi with a  Knorr Tomato Pronto sauce packed with flavour of freshly chopped herbs, topped with Mozzarella balls and Parmesan cheese.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Heat Olive oil in a sauté pan, sauté the onions until soft and translucent. Add the crushed garlic and cook for a further minute.
    • Add the Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add the gnocchi and simmer for 10 minutes until al dente. Stir occasionally.
    • Lastly add the fresh herbs and cook for a further 2 minutes.
    • Garnish with mozzarella balls and parmesan cheese.
