Roasted, basted, and roasted again! This grilled Prego chicken leg is full of delicious Prego spice and flavour, pairing perfectly with any side of your choosing.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Rub the oil over the chicken leg quarters and season with Robertsons Chicken Spice. 
    2. Roast in a pre-heated 170 ºC for 20 min. 
    3. Remove chicken and baste with Knorr Professional Prego Sauce. 
    4. Roast for a further 10 min, or until chicken is cooked, while basting with remaining sauce.
    5. Serve with chips, or savory rice, mash, green salad, coleslaw or side of veg. 
    6. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon wedge.
