The perfect light and creamy cheesecake with an explosion of flavour! Decadent Carte D’Or Cheesecake on a bed of crushed biscuits topped with Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly for a vibrant colour, garnished with fresh cream and strawberries.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. For the crust: crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press onto the bottom of the container and refrigerate until hard. 
    2. For the cheesecake: Pour the Carte D’Or Cheesecake mix into a mixing bowl and add cold milk. Mix with an electric beater on low speed until combined, followed by 5 minutes on high speed. 
    3. Pour the cheesecake mix over the crust and refrigerate until set (preferably overnight). 
    4. For the jelly: Mix Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly granules with the boiling water until granules are dissolved, then add the cold water. Allow to cool completely.  
    5. Pour the jelly onto the cheesecake mixture and refrigerate to set. 
    6. Garnish with fresh cream and strawberries.  
  2. Chefs tip:

    Using jelly as a topping is more affordable than using a fruit sauce.
