Preparation

  1. Fish Cake Soup

    1. Skewer the rectangular fish cakes on wooden sticks and set aside. 
    2. In a pot, add water, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules, Knorr Professional Soya Sauce, garlic, sliced spring onion and sliced radishes. Bring to a boil until the radish is fully cooked. 
    3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
  2. Tteobokki

    1. In a pot, add water Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules, gochujang, Knorr Professional Soya Sauce, sugar, corn syrup and chilli powder. Bring to a boil. 
    2. Add the rice cakes, sliced spring onion, fish cakes, cabbage and boiled eggs. Let it cook. 
    3. Simmer on low heat for about 10 mins before serving.
