  • Chicken breast 650.0 g
  • Cake flour 45.0 g
  • Olive oil 15.0 ml
  • Full cream milk 500.0 ml
  • Sour cream 172.0 g
  • Fresh lemon juice 5.0 ml
  • Parsley 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Slice the chicken in half lengthwise to create 2 thinner slices.
    2. Lightly sprinkle each side of the chicken with Robertsons Lemon & Herb Seasoning.
    3. Dredge in flour and tap off excess.
    4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in batches for 4-5 min per side, until a golden crust has developed. Set aside.
    5. Turn the heat off and add the Knorr Professional Lemon & Herb Marinade. Use a silicone spatula to "clean" the bottom and sides of the pan.
    6. Add half the milk into a bowl with Knorr Professional Chicken Soup powder. Mix until well combined.
    7. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, add the prepared soup mixture and cook for a few minutes while stirring
    8. Lower the heat and gradually stir in the sour cream until combined, followed by the lemon juice and parsley.
    9. Add chicken, bring to boil and serve.
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    1. Make sure the heat isn't too high, you don't want the sour cream to curdle.
