  • Hummus (prepared) 125.0 ml
  • Baby rocket leaves 1.0 cup
  • Carrots (julienned) 1.0 cup
  • Radishes (thinly sliced) 1.0 cup
  • Falafel balls (fried) 30.0 whole
  • Jalapeno peppers (sliced) (half cup)
  • Pickled red onions (sliced) (half cup)
  • Dill, fresh 5.0 g

We focaccia with this open-faced falafel! The mayo seeps into the focaccia’s toasted nooks and crannies, while fresh dill and pickled red onions add exciting flavours to this fresh delight.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Mix the Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise and prepared hummus.
    2. Spread the toasted focaccia with the mayonnaise mixture.
    3. Top with baby rocket, carrots, and radishes.
    4. Arrange 3 fried falafel balls on top and garnish with jalapeno peppers, pickled red onion, and dill sprigs.

    The toppings can also be used in a wrap or as a closed sandwich.
