A soft roll filled with zesty Prego-marinated rump steak, fresh rocket, and drenched in our irresistible Knorr Prego Sauce.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Marinate the rump steak in the Knorr Professional Prego Sauce and Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice for 30 min. Once marinated, fry on medium to high heat until the desired doneness. Rest for 5 min before slicing into thick and juicy pieces. 
    2. Fry the sliced onions in the butter and oil until golden brown. 
    3. To assemble: Spread some Knorr Professional Prego Sauce on the bottom half of the bun, then top the sauce with the rocket, sliced rump steak, fried onions and drenched with more Knorr Professional Prego Sauce. 
    4. Serve immediately.
  2. Chef's tip:

    1. Replace the rump steak with chicken fillets, fried halloumi, pork fillets, or lamb rump.
