Wrap bursting with juicy Prego steak, balanced with a refreshing cucumber-yoghurt mix.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Season the steak with Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice. 
    2. Heat oil on a griddle pan or flat top. Cook the steak until golden brown on each side. 
    3. Baste each side of the steak with Knorr Professional Prego Sauce. Remove from heat and rest the steak. 
    4. Combine the grated cucumber and yoghurt and mix well. Season to taste. 
    5. Mix together the red onions, tomatoes, and coriander. Season to taste. 
    6. Slice the steak. 
    7. Heat the wrap just so that it is pliable. 
    8. Place the tzatziki on the wrap, followed by rocket, steak, salsa and Knorr Professional Prego Sauce, the fold and wrap. 
    9. Cut in half or serve whole.
  2. Chef’s tip:

    1. Be careful not to overcook the steak.
    2. Substitute the steak with chicken breast or left-over roast chicken.
