Introduce your diners to an egg-cellent experience by shaking things up with shakshuka! A classic dish-turned-tapa with tomato, mushroom and kale that will have your diners b(egg)ing for more.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Heat the oil in a medium size pot. Sauté the mushrooms, onions, red pepper and kale.
    2. Add in the garlic and Robertsons Paprika, and stir through.
    3. Stir in the Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and divide the mix into desired dishes x10.
    4. Make a shallow well in the centre and crack one egg in each of the dishes.
    5. Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 min or until the egg is cooked.
