Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Boil the new potatoes with skin on until tender.
    2. Drain and season them with oil and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
    3. Transfer to a baking sheet and gently smash each potato with a masher.
    4. Bake in the oven for about 45 min or until golden crispy on the outside.
    5. Serve potatoes with Knorr professional Tartare Sauce sprinkled with dill and enjoy!
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    1. For an even crunchier texture, deep fry the smashed cooked potatoes.
