Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180 °C. Cook the macaroni as per on pack instructions. 
    2. Heat the oil in a pan, add onions, garlic, Robertsons Smoked Paprika and cook for 2 min. 
    3. Add chicken, Knorr Professional Prego Sauce, combine well and cook until tender.
    4. Make up the Knorr Professional White Sauce Base sachets as per packaging instructions. 
    5. Add half of the cheese and mix well. 
    6. Remove from the heat and mix with the cooked pasta and Prego chicken. 
    7. Grease a half insert and pour in the pasta mixture, top with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 10 min. Remove from oven and serve.
  2. Chef tip:

    1. To reduce cost, substitute Knorr Professional White Sauce Base with Knorr Professional Cheese Sauce and reduce the cheese by half.
