Preparation

  1. Method:

    1.  Marinate the ribs in the Knorr Professional Honey & Soy Sauce for 1 hour.
    2. Arrange the ribs on a baking tray, cook in the oven at 150 °C for 1 hour, basting every 15 min.
    3. Divide the ribs into portions. Scatter with sliced spring onion and serve.
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    The lamb ribs can be replaced with either pork or beef ribs. If using pork or beef ribs, boil the ribs first before basting and cooking in the oven.
