Preparation

  1. Marinade:

    20 minutes
    • Pre-heat the grill for direct cooking over high heat.
    • Lightly brush the steaks on both sides with oil and season evenly with salt and pepper. Pre-heat the grill.
    • Mix Knorr BBQ Marinade with water and stir well. Add the steaks and cover with the marinade and allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. Steak:

    • Grill the steaks over direct high heat,until cooked to your desired doneness for 6-8 minutes for a medium rare turning once or twice.

    • Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Dressing:

    • In a medium bowl, whisk the onions, Hellmann's Honey and Mustard Dressing, 2ml salt and 2 ml pepper.
    • Slowly whisk in 30ml oil, forming a smooth vinaigrette.
    • Add the tomatoes and basil.
    • Mix well.
  4. Serve:

    • Serve the steaks warm with the tomato mix spooned over the top and sprinkle with blue cheese
  5. Chefs Tip:

    • Deep- fry some basil leaves to garnish the dressed tomato topping.
