Preparation

  1. Step 1

    • Heat the oil in a pot, add the green vegetable soup mix, split peas and fry for 5 min stirring occasionally.
  2. Step 2

    • Whisk together the cold water and the Knorr Professional Chicken Soup and add this to the vegetable mixture and bring to the boil. Reduce to a low simmer and cook for 40 min stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and blend/liquidise until smooth.
  3. Step 3

    • Portion and serve as a grab-and-go option.
  4. Chefs Tip

    • Add 200 g of chopped bacon to create a Vegetable Bacon and Pea Soup.
