Held at Unilever headquarters in Durban, our launch event was a magnet for passionate industry experts, customers, and partners, all eager to unveil the leading menu trends of the year. The buzz was electric!

Chef James Khoza captivated our guests by introducing all eight of the latest menu trends, emphasising the need to stay ahead in the ever-evolving culinary world. “As food evolves, we must evolve as Chefs,” he proclaimed, setting the tone for an inspiring day.
