  • Pasta , any shape 250.0 g
  • Sunflower oil 50.0 g
  • Onions 50.0 g
  • CauliflowerFlorets 400.0 g
  • Butter beans, drained 252.0 g
  • Chilli, deseeded and chopped 2.0 g
  • Basil pesto 80.0 g

A creamy cauliflower-based pasta tossed with butter beans, pesto and chilli for a hint of heat! Topped with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs for a wholesome dish.

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    1. Cook the pasta as per pack instructions. 
    2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. 
    3. Add the cauliflower, Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice and fry for 5 min. 
    4. Add the butter beans, chilli, pesto, and pasta and toss through. 
    5. Remove from the heat, serve garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.  
  2. Chef's tip:

    Add grilled tofu or replace the butter beans with chickpeas.
