Bright and fresh green beans with a hint of heat, this healthy side dish has it all. Did you know that green beans are a good source of Vitamin C, folate and Vitamin K – needed for healthy bones, skin and hair?

Preparation

  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the onions. Remove seeds from chilli and slice thinly.
    • If using fresh green beans, clean before use. Slice beans.
  2. Method:

    • Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and red chilli. Fry for 5 min.
    • Add green beans and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and fry for 10 min.
    • Remove from the heat, portion and serve.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    Remove the chilli and add toasted sesame seeds or use both for added nutritional benefits.
