Use your leftover rotisserie chicken in a hot base chicken mix. Made with mayonnaise and Knorr Tomato Pronto. Filling is ideal for enchiladas, chicken bakes, pastas and more. Add in some white sauce for rich and creamy dish

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Mix together the chicken, Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Knorr Tomato Pronto and cover and refrigerate.
    • Whisk together the Knorr Professional White Sauce Base with the milk. Whisk continuously over a medium heat until it simmers (3mins)and thickens.
    • Remove from the heat and set aside until needed.
    • Place half the white sauce in the bottom of the full size bain marie
    • Divide the chicken filling between the 10 tortilla wraps and roll up
    • Place in the bain marie and top with remaining white sauce
    • sprinkle with grated cheese, oven bake at 180 C for 20 mins
