To serve:

  • Butter 120 g
  • Bovril or Marmite 2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Savoury Scone

    • In a bowl, add self raising flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. 
    • Add the milk and oil into the bowl and fold till incorporated.
    • Pat out the dough and cut into rounds using scone cutter.
    • Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
  2. To serve:

    • Melt the butter and Bovril over heat and spoon over the hot scones and allow to cool.
    • Serve with coriander and chilli jam.
